Let's face it we all need a little motivation. Many of us have fitness trackers whether it is an Apple Watch, a FitBit or even a Shine. These little things we wear on our body are totally relatable for us. A lot of times it helps us become what is called a "fitness freak".
We all appreciate a good glass of wine and good food but we also appreciate fitting into our jeans. These little devices can really help out because it shows us how active we really are. As for me I know when I check my device at the end of the day I am not satisfied unless I have gone 20,000 steps for the day.
When we really focus on our fitness and track our activities we find that we are more active on average because it's a personal goal set by ourselves. Please let us know what fitness tracker you are using.
