Patients using “puffers” or Metered Dose Inhalers should always use a chamber.  Patient conditions that might use inhalers include those with:

Vibratory Secretion Removal

As patients exhale into this device the mechanism vibrates secretions up the airway for easier removal. Patients that benefit most using this device are those with:
