Updated August 13 - The Kansas State Fair, Hutchinson Regional Healthcare System & Nex-Tech Wireless have more tickets to the Smash Mouth concert, Thursday night, September 14th now available to ALL area First Responders. If you are a First Responder from outside Reno County and would like to go to the concert, stop by the Hutchinson Regional Medical Center’s Auxiliary Gift Shop and pick up your free ticket. Just show your I.D. and get ready for a great concert. Gift shop hours are Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. till 6 p.m. Thanks again for being All Stars when we needed you most!

The Kansas State Fair, Nextel Wireless, Hutchinson Regional Healthcare System and Smash Mouth want to thank the First Responders of Reno County for their amazing efforts in battling the wild fires last summer.

Each Reno County First Responder will receive a free ticket to see Smash Mouth on Thursday, September 14 at the Kansas State Fair.

Tickets will be distributed to Reno County First Responders Headquarters by Tuesday, September 12. First Responders will be recognized at the Smash Mouth concert.

500 Smash Mouth concert tickets plus 500 gate admission tickets will be distributed, with an approximate value of $20,000.

Groups that received tickets include Reno County Sherriff’s Department, Hutchinson Fire Department, Hutchinson Police Department, 9-1-1 Dispatch, Reno County EMS and South Hutchinson Police. Also included were the Hutchinson Regional Healthcare System Emergency and Security Departments, Life Team and the Reno County representatives from the Kansas Highway Patrol.
