Nick Baldetti is the Chief Operating Officer and Compliance Officer for Hutchinson Regional Healthcare System (HRHS). Baldetti coordinates with internal and executive team members in this role to set and monitor system-wide goals for all quality initiatives while promoting HRHS’s High-Reliability Journey. Baldetti received a bachelor’s degree from Wayne State University in Wayne State, Nebraska, and dual Master’s degrees from Pittsburg State University. In 2020, Baldetti earned a doctorate in Business Administration from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. Baldetti is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, the American Economic Association, and the Academy of Management. Baldetti and his wife Kylee are the parents of three children: Blayne, Liam, and Lahna.
