Angie received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Emporia State University in 1999, and then went on to achieve her Master of Science degree in Nursing from Graceland University. She is licensed as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, and is an ANCC board-certified PMHNP. Angie sees clients from the ages of 6 to 65 years old. She provides services in both the inpatient psychiatric hospital setting and in the outpatient mental health clinic for disorders including depression, anxiety, trauma, psychosis and crisis management.
Angie provides services in our Pratt and Hutchinson locations as well as services via telemed.
Denise attended the University of Kansas, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology. After KU, Denise attended Wichita State University where she received her Physicians Assistant degree. Denise has obtained the X waiver for substance abuse medication prescribing.
Denise provides services at the inpatient psychiatric unit at Hutchinson Regional Medical Center.
Tina attended Wichita State University and Washburn University, and has a Masters of Science degree in Nursing. She provides medication management for people age 4 and older and serves any individuals with mental health concerns or diagnosis.
Tina provides services in our Hutchinson and Medicine lodge locations as well as services via telemed.
Katy Price, PA-C, received her Bachelor’s of General Studies degree in Applied Behavioral Science, with an emphasis in Community Health and Development from the University of Kansas in 2005. She then received her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Wichita State University in 2007. Katy originally stated at Horizons in 2001 as an Attendant Care Worker. Throughout the years she has also worked with psychosocial groups and case management. Katy was previously a Physician Assistant at Horizons from 2007-2010, returning to the same position in April 2018.
Katy provides services with our ACT Team.
Susan received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Newman University, then went on to achieve her Master of Science degree in Nursing from Walden University. She is Licensed as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse. She holds the PMHNP-BC and DATA-Waived Practitioner certifications.
Susan sees all clients across the lifespan, including ages 5+, adults, and geriatric. She provides services in both the inpatient psychiatric hospital setting and in the outpatient mental health clinic for disorders including depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, psychosis and crisis management.
Dr. Tan provides services to people aged 10 and older.

Sierra graduated from Baker University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and a minor in Psychology. She then received her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Harding University. She is a Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C). Sierra sees clients age 7 and older.
Sierra provides services in our Hutchinson location.
Blu is a Blue Heeler/Catahoula mix. Blu and his handler Susan Rule have been through special training to provide services together. Blu provides services in the Hutchinson office most days, but also visits nursing homes.
Hali earned her Master’s degree in Business Administration and Healthcare Leadership from Friends University. She began her career at Horizons as a Children’s Case Manager, and then took over the role of Director of Medical Practice. Hali oversees the Medical Practice here at Horizons.
Lori received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Kansas Newman College, and is a Registered Nurse. Lori began her nursing career as a staff nurse at Hutchinson Hospital on the medical/surgical floor. Since then, she has worked as a nurse in Family Practice, Ob/Gyn, Urgent Care and at the Reno County Health Department as well as her work at Horizons. This variety of experience is valuable in helping clients in managing their mental health needs!
