Mental health is key to overall health and brief screenings are a quick and confidential way to determine if you or someone you care about should connect with a mental health professional.
This program is completely anonymous and confidential. Immediately following the brief questionnaire, you will receive your results, recommendations, and key resources. Please note, results are educational, not diagnostic, and an official evaluation must come from a doctor or mental health professional.
