Getting Started

Our physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants meet patients face-to-face in five office locations, including Hutchinson, Kingman, Pratt, Anthony, and Medicine Lodge. Horizons supplements in-person visits with the latest televideo technology, maximizing our staff’s availability to stay connected with our patients.
