Despite a change in venue, the 1st Annual Trucks, Taps & Tunes event hosted by Hospice & HomeCare of Reno County was deemed a success! The original plan was to hold the event at Carey Park but with the forecast looking rainy for Saturday, the tough decision was made to hold the Cornhole Tournament at the Hospital Pavilion with a few Food Trucks and the Live Music performances were held at The Red Barn Music Venue along the Brewery Tasting, Food Trucks and Face Painting for kids. Tara Dahlstrom, organizer for the event shares, “The weather turned out to be a beautiful day to enjoy time with family and friends while enjoying live music and great food, it was a really fun event. Thank you to all the volunteers who were such a big help and the community for their support!”
