A Free Gathering For Better Health

First Course is a monthly gathering that provides a broad range of topical information for our community. We meet every third Tuesday of the month. Doors open at 4:30 p.m. with sack dinners available at 5:00 p.m. The lectures start at 5:20 p.m. with questions and answers afterwards.
